The India Supreme has given director Vikram Bhatt and his spouse Shwetambari Bhatt bail under the usual terms and conditions in respect of alleged cheating of about Rs 30 crores over a biodata project. The highest court overturned an initial high court judgment that had refused bail and advised both sides to consider undergoing some form of mediation to settle the disagreement over the payment.
Contents of alleged FIR and misappropriation
Dr Ajay Murdia of Indira IVF filed the complaint here in Udaipur. This is a hospital and fertility center of major repute.
