Karthi is all set to regain the charm of the silver screen through Vaa Vaathiyaar, a comedy movie mixed with action, and it is about to hit the theatres on the 12th day of December in the year 2025. The creators delivered the news of a rescheduled film release date and promoted the third single, Mu Dha La Li, at the same time, which in turn also gave the fans a small pre-tease of the movie’s world with vivid colors.

Karthi’s itinerary is getting even busier
Out of Meiyazhagan, Karthi is now all set to do a film based on action and comedy – Vaa Vaathiyaar. Besides the above movies, he is also working on Sardar 2 with PS Mithran, the spy thriller of 2022 that will soon have a sequel released. Not only that, his next one is Marshal, which he is shooting with Kalyani Priyadarshan, and this keeps his 2025 schedule fully occupied.
Krithi Shetty’s December double
Krithi Shetty’s second December release will see her taking part in a sci-fi romantic comedy Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) on December 18, 2025, under Vignesh Shivan’s direction. The movie, co-starring Pradeep Ranganathan of the neo-noir computer-animated 2D adventure film, gives a totally different feeling to the holiday movie program of Gautam.doubleValue and send to Math.random() once with the member before Vaa Vaathiyaar.
