You can expect the 2026 result to be up on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in today. That’s where you’ll find the scorecards and rank cards that will determine who is in line for a spot in one of these fields. For both the students and the colleges, this is what puts the counselling timetable into gear.
What the result means for admissions
As soon as you see the numbers, the schools involved can start making plans. APSCHE is going to use the rank list to run option entry, allotment and reporting, so if your rank is even a little off, it could change where you end up and what you study.
JNTU Kakinada was the one to run the exam for APSCHE. Now that we’re at June 18, 2026, and the results are due, it would be wise for everyone to sort out their documents and preferences ahead of time so there isn’t a rush when counselling comes around.
Where to check and what to have on hand
The portal is where you’ll find everything – results, scorecards, the works. You’ll need to log in with your details to get the files you need for the next steps.
A few things to do before the link is live:
– Head to cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
– Have your Registration Number to hand
– Same for the Hall Ticket Number
– Make sure to save and print your PDFs
Official access and login
When the link for the AP EAMCET/EAPCET Result 2026 shows up on the site, put in your Registration and Hall Ticket Numbers to verify. The page will show you your scorecard and rank card; download them right away and put them somewhere safe.
Qualifying rules and category provisions
If you’re in the General category, the rule is you need 25 per cent of the marks to make the cut. In plain terms, that is 40 of the 160. It’s the line in the sand for being eligible for a rank and to be part of the process.
There is an exception for SC and ST candidates under APSCHE’s rules: they don’t have to meet the minimum to be ranked. So even if the general mark isn’t there, they can still go through the merit-based counselling.
After you have the rank card
Then you get down to business: register for counselling, get your certificates checked, put in your options and wait for the allotment. There’s a clock on every one of these, so don’t let it slow you down or you may miss out on the course or campus you want.
It’s best to have photocopies of your academic and ID records ready. The colleges will be looking for that and for you to report in on time to confirm your seat and handle the fees, all in line with the schedule from APSCHE.
Why it pays to be prepared
Getting your downloads done early spares you the hassle of a crowded portal and printer queues on the day of the results. If you already know what you want in terms of course, location and cost, you can make better choices when you see your rank.
Some key points for the room and the hall
For the student, today’s result makes it clear what is within reach in the various programmes. For the college, it’s a cue to start thinking about capacity and how to orient the new intake based on the rank list.
Our advice is to keep an eye on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in for the rest of the day. Whether it’s the result, some word from APSCHE or the fine print on counselling, that’s where you’ll find it. Everything on timing and allotment will come from the official portal.
