The UP ITI Result 2026 for both NCVT and SCVT was released on August 10, 2026, so first-year, second-year and short-term certificate holders can see how they fared. While scorecards are useful for planning, they do not determine SCVT seat allotment as admissions are separate and purely on merit.
Results out: what it means for UP ITI aspirants
To get NCVT marks one has to use the Skill India Digital Hub; for state counselling, the site for the State Council for Vocational Training, Uttar Pradesh is where to look. The two are independent processes with their own portals and timelines that will guide trainees from the results phase through to admission.
There is no entrance test for fresh SCVT admissions, only Class 10 performance matters. Those who put in an application from July 11 to August 7, 2026 should turn their attention to merit lists and document checks in order to secure their preferred spot.
How to check NCVT ITI marks online
Access for the NCVT result is via dgt.skillindiadigital.gov.in on the Skill India Digital Hub. A student can also log in with the proper credentials to verify the marksheet on the NCVT MIS interface.
The official way to view the scorecard is as follows:
– Go to dgt.skillindiadigital.gov.in
– Select the Result or CTS AITT Mains Examination-2026 Result
– Put in your PRN or roll number along with date of birth
– Submit to bring up the scorecard
– Make a digital copy and save it
Have the PRN, registration details and other particulars to hand so as not to be held up. Once the download is done, it is prudent to confirm the name, trade and marks before the scorecard is put to use for training records or applications.
SCVT UP admission timeline and reporting
The matter is now in the hands of the SCVTUP process for seat allocation and merit lists. A short window will open for fee formalities and verification when the first allotment result comes in mid-August 2026.
Announced dates for SCVTUP admissions include:
– Applications: July 11 – August 7, 2026
– First merit list: mid-August 2026
– Round 1 verification: 4-5 days
– Second merit list: late August 2026
– Third merit list: September 2026

Seats, fees and demand patterns
The numbers show over 5,000,000 seats a year in Uttar Pradesh between the 300-plus government and 2,900 registered private ITIs. With more than 80 engineering and non-engineering trades on offer, there is plenty of choice geographically and otherwise.
Fees are set at Rs 250 for General and OBC categories and Rs 150 for SC/ST. Tuition at a government ITI is a modest Rs 40 a month with a refundable caution deposit of Rs 300, so the cost of entry for families is not high.
One sees different levels of demand depending on the trade. For an Electrician or Computer Operator and Programming Assistant at the better government ITIs, 80 to 85 percent in Class 10 is usually called for. By Round 2, a Mechanic Motor Vehicle or Turner may have closed at 72 to 78 percent. Short-term and private options will take in those with 55 to 70 percent.
