The first stones will be laid for a 500-bed hospital specializing in complex medical care, and for new shopping areas and offices in Bhojuveer and Sigra. These are to give more people access to health care, make city services better, and help businesses.

On April 28th, Prime Minister Modi will start two Amrit Bharat Express trains from Uttar Pradesh. These will run from Banaras to Pune and from Ayodhya to Mumbai, making travel easier between Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.

Rail connectivity boost with Amrit Bharat Express

The statement says this will help people going on religious journeys, students, workers who move for jobs, and small business owners. It will also help religious tourism for Varanasi and Ayodhya, make it easier to get to big cities, and help people make a living from travel and selling things.

On April 29th, Prime Minister Modi will pay his respects and worship at the Shri Kashi Vishwanath temple in the morning. Then he will go to Hardoi to open the Ganga Expressway and speak to a crowd.

Ganga Expressway inauguration in Hardoi

The Ganga Expressway is a six lane, completely accessible new road that cost about Rs 36,230 crore to build. It runs for 12 districts from Meerut to Prayagraj and will cut the journey time on that route from 10-12 hours to around six. There is also a 3.5 kilometer Emergency Landing Facility in Shahjahanpur for planes.

The expressway will be the main part of a larger network, connecting to other roads that are already open or are being planned. These are the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, the Jewar Link Expressway, the Farrukhabad Link Expressway and a planned extension from Meerut to Haridwar.

Key features cited in the statement include:

– Six lanes, expandable to eight

– 3.5 km emergency landing facility

– Faster, seamless inter-district connectivity

– Enhanced transport efficiency and safety

All this work on roads, railways and city services is meant to make it easier to get around and improve people’s daily lives in important cities and places people go to worship. The statement explains that being more easily connected to Mumbai and Pune will help tourism, make moving around smoother and support jobs in many different industries.

With 48 projects being opened and work starting on 112, this visit will start a lot of construction in infrastructure, health care and city services. As the openings happen in Varanasi and Hardoi, the state is preparing for quicker trips, better services and new ways to grow.
