The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education announced the 2026 RBSE Class 10 results on March 24th, 2026 and 94.23% of all students passed. Girls once again did better than boys, getting a 94.90% pass rate versus the boys’ 93.63%. This continues the trend of good results throughout the state.
Key figures and overall outcome
This year, 1,049,068 out of 1,066,561 students who signed up for the Class 10 exams actually took them. Of those who took the exam, 988,520 passed, which makes the overall pass rate for the 2026 RBSE Class 10 exam 94.23%.
The board also said 27,678 students will need to take supplementary exams. The exams were from February 12th to February 28th, 2026 and because the results came out earlier than usual in March, students have more time to figure out what to do next.
Gender-wise performance and division breakdown
Even though fewer girls took the exam, they still got higher percentages. Of the 497,534 girls who took the exam, 472,139 passed, for a 94.90% pass rate. For boys, 516,381 passed out of 551,534 who took the exam, which is 93.63%.
Looking at the results by how well students did, most got top marks. 555,663 students achieved a first division, 360,656 got a second division, and 72,029 a third. A lot of the students who got first division were girls, showing how girls as a group are doing better.
Topper, trends and year-on-year comparison
Cheshta Sharma is the top student in the 2026 RBSE Class t0 exams with a score of 99.00%. Her score is a very good one for the state and shows how many students did really well this year.
The pass percentage is up from 93.03% in 2025 to 94.23% this year. Results are steadily getting better and the board says more students got first division marks than in previous years.
How to check and download RBSE marksheet 2026
Students can view and download a preliminary copy of their scores from rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, rajasthan.gov.in and rajresults.nic.in. Have your roll number and application details ready, and especially when many people are on the sites, to avoid problems.
The online marksheet isn’re official, so be sure to check it carefully. Schools will send out the official mark sheets soon and students will get their final paperwork from their school.
Next steps for students and policy changes ahead
Students should download their preliminary marksheet, check the information, and start thinking about what courses they will take and where they will apply. Those who didn’t get 33% in a subject will need to study for supplementary exams – the board will let people know when those will be.
The board has also said that things are changing structurally. Starting with the 2026-27 school year, Class 10 board exams will be given twice a year, likely in February and May. This is to be more flexible and give students more chances to do better.
In conclusion, the 2026 RBSE Class 10 results show a high level of success for everyone and girls continue to do better in school. Students now have their scores online and will soon have official papers from their schools, giving them time to plan for the next stage of their education and to choose the best path for their senior secondary studies.
