Vivo is adding to their V70 line in India with the V70 FE, which has already been sold in Indonesia and now looks to be coming to India. Teasers and a special section on one online store’s website have shown the important details, most notably the 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization.
Overview and launch timing
Vivo has shown the V70 FE in green and pink, and made a page for it on a large online store, which means you’ll be able to buy it there. Vivo hasn’t said exactly when it will be available, but information that’s gotten out suggests April 2nd in India.
The V70 FE will be with the V70 and V70 Elite, and is being designed as a good choice if you want a phone with a great camera and a battery that lasts a long time. Because of the price in Indonesia and what the special Indian website shows, Vivo looks to be selling this model at a good price for mid-range phones.
Design, colors, and display highlights
We’ve seen the V70 FE in at least two colors, and the phone has a current look with a dual camera section on the back and a shiny surface. Vivo appears to be trying to make a phone that both looks good and works well.
On the front, the phone has a big 6.83-inch Q10+ AMOLED screen with a resolution of about 1.5K. The screen can update 120 times a second, get up to 1900 nits bright, and has about 449 pixels per inch. All of that will make it easy to see outside and to smoothly scroll through things.

Inside, the V70 FE uses a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor, which can reportedly run at 2.5GHz at its fastest. Vivo is using this processor with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, so everyday things and opening apps should be quick.
Vivo will have different amounts of memory available, like 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage, or 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage. The phone is also very protected from getting in, with both IP68 and IP69 ratings for being resistant to dust and water. That’s not typical for phones in this price range.
Battery and charging as a selling point
The 7000mAh battery is a big deal; many people who use their phones a lot could probably get two days out of it. Along with that big battery is very fast 90W charging with a cable, which will charge the phone much faster than most mid-range phones.
People who use their phones for a lot of screen time and want the phone to last a long time might really like the combination of the fast updating OLED screen and the very large battery. Vivo made this phone to give people the lasting power they want without needing to give up a bright, smooth display.
Camera system and imaging ambitions
Vivo says the phone has a dual camera on the back, and the main one has 200 megapixels and optical image stabilization. That 200MP camera is the biggest feature and should allow you to take very detailed pictures during the day and easily crop them.

Information and sales in other countries suggest the V70 FE in India will cost less than 35,000 Rupees, and the most basic version might be near 30,000 Rupees after special offers and bank discounts. The price in Indonesia for a similar phone was around this amount, so the price in India will likely be competitive.
The phone will probably come in at least the green and pink colors we’ve seen, and in the 8GB/128GB and and 12GB/256GB versions. People who buy it early might get special deals on the online store’s page, which would make the V70 FE a good deal for people on a budget who want a flagship-level camera and a long-lasting battery.
