So the run-up to IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu is on. The NTA put out the JIPMAT 2026 results on June 24, 2026, and you can find your scorecard at exams.nta.nic.in. An 83.07 per cent show-up rate has set the stage for what comes next.
Results out: what this means for IPM aspirants
Your JIPMAT score is what opens the door to the five-year Integrated Programme in Management. But then it’s up to the institute to decide how much that matters. IIM Jammu will factor in 30 per cent of your JIPMAT marks; IIM Bodh Gaya, on the other hand, puts 100 per cent of its weight on them.
Then there are the other requirements. IIM Bodh Gaya wants to see a minimum of 30 per cent in the category-wise sectional percentile. Both have their own ways of doing things beyond the raw score, so have your papers in order and be ready for any institute-specific hoops you may have to jump through.
How NTA ran the process
We had the exam on June 7, 2026, as a CBT. NTA says they put it on in 81 centres in 61 cities, even one in another country, to make sure no one was left out.
From the sign-up to the final declaration, NTA was on top of it: conducting the test, putting up the answer key, fielding challenges, and moving the score data over to IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. You could see the provisional keys and question papers between June 10 and 12, with the final version coming out on the 21st.
Participation snapshot across India
In all, 13,876 put down their names for JIPMAT 2026 and 11,527 were in the room to take it. That’s an 83.07 per cent attendance, which tells you there’s no shortage of interest in this kind of programme.
Category and gender mix
If you look at the gender split, we had 5,785 women and 8,091 men register. Of those, 4,830 and 6,697 respectively made it to the exam, so both sides are well represented.
General category was the biggest block with 8,714 registrations and 7,073 showing up. Gen-EWS had 1,194 register, 1,075 of whom appeared. OBC (NCL) put in 2,839 names, 2,462 for the test.
SCs registered 911 and 747 took the paper. For STs, 218 signed up and 170 were there. NTA also has 80 Divyangjan on the books, 67 of whom sat for the exam.

Scorecard access and next steps
You can get your scorecard from the JIPMAT site at exams.nta.nic.in – view it, print it, do what you like with it. The agency has said the institutes will be the ones to check if you’re eligible and have the right documentation later on.
Don’t dilly-dally, here is what to do:
– Head to exams.nta.nic.in
– Put in your application number, password and security pin
– Get your JIPMAT 2026 scorecard
– Make a copy and a hard print
– Have a look at the final answer key
– Keep tabs on the IIMs for any news
It’s on you to make sure your application is in line with what the institute wants. At IIM Jammu, the 30 per cent weightage is only part of the story; other factors can change where you stand in the merit list. With IIM Bodh Gaya, the 100 per cent focus on the test and the 30 per cent sectional floor is what will make or break it.
Now the IIMs have the data from NTA and will be moving forward with their side of things. You have the results and your docs, so when the time comes to respond to the institute, be prompt if you want to be in the 2026 IPM group.
