Realme P4 Lite 5G Launches in India with 7000mAh Battery and 144Hz Display

Realme has released the P4 Lite 5G in India, a fairly cheap phone with some good qualities for the money. For less than 15,000 rupees, it provides a very large 7000mAh battery, a 144Hz display (so things look very smooth on screen), and a MediaTek Dimensity processor. It's meant for people who really need their phone to last a long time on a single charge, and is good for those travelling to and from work or school, and people who play games in their spare time.

The Realme P4 Lite 5G costs from 12,999 rupees for 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. A version with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is 13,999 rupees, and the 6GB RAM with 128GB of storage is 15,999 rupees. People who buy it quickly will get a discount.

Display, build, and durability

In fact, for the first sale, it’s 1,000 rupees cheaper, plus you get another 500 rupees off with certain banks – a total of 1,500 rupees saved on the day it’s released. The first sale starts on March tth 25th, 2025 at 12:00 PM, and you can buy it from Flipkart, Realme’s own website, and regular shops.

The phone has a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1570 x 720 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate for incredibly smooth movement. It can also detect your touch up to 180 times a second, and gets up to 900 nits brightness, meaning you can see it clearly even in bright sunlight.

Performance and software experience

Realme says it’s made to last, with MIL-STD-810H certification and an IP64 rating (so it’s protected from dust and splashing water). It also has a VC cooling system to stop it from getting too hot when you’re playing games or using it a lot.

Inside is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor (made using a 6nm process) and an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. This should be able to run normal apps, browse the internet, and play simpler games without using too much power.

Battery, charging, and camera setup

The phone comes with Android 16 and Realme UI 7.0, which are up-to-date and will get security improvements. It has a maximum of 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, and you can add a microSD card of up to 2TB if you need more.

The most important thing about it is the battery life: the 7000mAh battery should last many people for more than a day, particularly if you don’t need the phone to charge quickly. It supports 15W charging with a cable, which is slower than some other phones, but okay for such a large battery.

Who should consider the Realme P4 Lite 5G

The camera is quite simple. On the back, there is a single 13MP camera with an f/2.2 lens and a flash, and it can record video at 1080p and 30 frames per second. The front camera is 5MP and is also good for 1080p video at 30fps and selfies.

Who should get the Realme P4 Lite 5G? It’s for people who want a phone that will last a long time between charges, has a fast-moving screen, and can connect to 5G, without having to spend a lot of money. It’s particularly useful for commuters, students, and people who play games occasionally and want a smooth screen and long battery life.

If you need a really excellent camera or very quick charging, you should probably look at something else. But for those who want a phone that lasts and is good value, the Realme P4 Lite 5G is a good option in the cheaper price range.

In general, the Realme P4 Lite 5G manages to balance being efficient with power, having a big battery, and a fast screen, all for a good price. The deals available at launch and the fact that it’s widely available mean it’s easy to try it and see if it does what you need it to do.
