The Santacruz apartment is in the Vaayu building on Sarojini Road and she bought it from Aum Developers Realty. The sale was officially recorded on April 24th, 2026.
The apartment is on a high floor, is 2601 square feet, and has a balcony of 299 square feet, making the total usable area around 2900 square feet. Three parking spaces for cars are also included in the sale, and she paid 1.25 crore (12.5 million rupees) in stamp duty.

Square Yards records show she bought one apartment in Worli, in Godrej Trilogy, for 29.70 crore (297 million rupees). It has 2430.06 square feet of carpet area, and 2750.28 square feet total, and includes three parking spaces for cars.
The stamp duty for the Worli apartment was 1.78 crore (17.8 million rupees) and the registration fee was 30,000 rupees. The official documents show the sale was recorded on April 1st, 2026.
Celebrity real estate moves continue
Liases Foras documents show Bollywood actress Tabu bought an apartment in Versova for 10 crore (100 million rupees) and it’s 2153 square feet. It was officially recorded on March 26th, 2026, and the stamp duty was 5.24 lakh (524,000 rupees) with a registration fee of 30,000 rupees.
The apartment in Versova includes a balcony of approximately 127 square feet and has two car parking spaces, as stated in the sales contract.
Why it matters and what comes next
Shreya Ghoshal’s three expensive property purchases in a short time show that people still have confidence in the Mumbai luxury home market. People seem to continue to be interested in larger properties, homes in well-known brands or buildings, and established neighbourhoods, and this is supported by the official records.
No more information about the rebuilding of the Santacruz building or what Shreya Ghoshal plans to do with the apartment was available right away. We are waiting to hear from both the buyer and the developer to find out when things will be finished and exactly what the apartments are like.
