The stamp duty for the Worli apartment was 1.78 crore (17.8 million rupees) and the registration fee was 30,000 rupees. The official documents show the sale was recorded on April 1st, 2026.

Celebrity real estate moves continue

Liases Foras documents show Bollywood actress Tabu bought an apartment in Versova for 10 crore (100 million rupees) and it’s 2153 square feet. It was officially recorded on March 26th, 2026, and the stamp duty was 5.24 lakh (524,000 rupees) with a registration fee of 30,000 rupees.

The apartment in Versova includes a balcony of approximately 127 square feet and has two car parking spaces, as stated in the sales contract.

Shreya Ghoshal’s three expensive property purchases in a short time show that people still have confidence in the Mumbai luxury home market. People seem to continue to be interested in larger properties, homes in well-known brands or buildings, and established neighbourhoods, and this is supported by the official records.
